As a Sales Trainee at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd., you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a software sales role. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify sales leads
Research sales leads and markets
Visit or communicate with sales leads
Work towards sales goals
Build relationships with potential customers
Maintain relationships with existing customers
Calculate the costs of their employer's products or services
Inform customers and leads about relevant products, or services.
Provide customers and leads with quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Document closed sales and order details.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers about orders.

Qualifications:

Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree running in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales and the software industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to work well in a team.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and development.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to travel.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard office hours.
May require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.
